ZSB geyan Feeder

The roulette cutting blade makes evenly spaced holes while feeding solder wire. During soldering, flux is released evenly through these holes. This provide consistent flux coverage without spattering and allows the solder to melt on a clean, active surface. This feeding technology is required for high-quality soldering result

Fume Extractor System 15

Consist of: 1. P filter 2. Gas filter 3. Hose bracket 4. Hose etc.

Solder fumes are vacuumed through a cilicone tube attached directly to the point of soldering. The combination of the two filtering units, pre-filter and main filter removes all harmful gases, prevent flux build-up on thr iron unit, extended tip life time all while keeping the environment clean.

This consist of the pre-filter and the vacuum unit. The fume is to be passed through a duct pipe to the outside since no gas filter is attached.

N2 Generator ALN-01A

Consist of: 1. N2 generator 2. Air regulator/cleaner 3. Hose etc.

Nitrogen gas(N2) is forced over the RSP iron unit to clean the soldering surface and eliminate oxidation.
The soldering temperature can be lowered since the N2 gas is preheated while passing through the iron unit.

Miniature N2 Generator ALN-005

It is an ultra small generator, can be built in a robot and attached externally. 0.5 liter per minutes N2 flowing clean the soldering surface and eliminate oxidation.

Wet Sponge Cleaner SRC-2100, SRC-3000

Power Single phase AC100-115 or 220V

Consist of: 1. Main+Power cable 2. Water container 3. Sponge 2pcs.

The wet sponge roller neatly removes residual solder from the iron tip. The solder work area remains very clean with the addition of the tip cleaning device.
Four(4) wet sponges with SRC-3000 makes easier and more efficient cleaning.

Scraper Tip Cleaner STC-3000

Consist of: 1. Main power cable

Two plate scraper removes the flux oxidation from the tip.
It is recommended to use together with the SRC-2100/3000 for micro soldering.
