Multiple Iron Head Soldering Robot, COMET Series
The COMET series of automated soldering robots has been developed with many configurations to meet various end-user requirements. These systems are available with a range between 2 heads and 8 heads for maximum throughput. There can be from one to six axes programmable depending upon the application requirements.
The teaching position, tip temperature and soldering parameters can be entered using a large touch panel display. The programmable axes motor drivers can be either servo ot stepper motors.

FS003N 6 axes Articulated Robot
This compact unit offers 6-axis high function performance to handle PCB's and components for soldering, component replacement and automating repetitive tasks.
The robot's main unit weighs an easy-to-handle 20 kg and they can even be mounted on the floor, wall or ceiling. In spite of the small size, they are equipped with fast accurate and sturdy 6-axis arms for ensuring high reliability and precision. The robot can withstand most
operating environments in the industry. There is no need to worry about a stop position when the power is turned off as all six axes have brakes.

End-pumped LD Laser Marker, 10SG-MKDP1064
The 1-SG laser marker is equipped with an imported semi-conductor laser reactor. The system has a small, steady and reliable facular along with high marking precision. Achieving the perfect laser mark is a simple process with the user-friendly software interface. The system has been designed for low power consumption and low oeprating costs, even in a 24 hour full load operating environment. The software control system utilizes a WINDOWS interface and is compatible with files from design software platforms such as CORELDRAW, AUTOCAD etc. Graphic file formats such as PLT, PCX, DXF & BMP etc. and fonts (SHX, TIF) are directly supported by the software. The 10SG also marks automatic codes, sequence numbers, batch numbers, dates, 1D and 2D bar codes. The software can also mark figures on the opposite side of some materials.

The built-in roulette cutting blade makes evenly spaced holes while precisely feeding solder wire. During soldering, flux is released evenly through these holes. This provides consistent flux coverage without spattering and allows solder to melt on a clean, active surface.

SSA has a built-in motor controller.
The solder can be fed forward or reverse and can be controlled by an external controller(PLC etc.)
Forward drive is adjustable with speed controller. Solder clog and shortage sensor are standard features.

Vari-tap type simple temperature controller is built-in to detect temperature without a sensor.
The solder wire feed length is controlled with a timer. This can be fed by pressing the trigger on the iron unit.
Iron Unit

Manual Soldering Station, TTM-3000N
The high-powered soldering station provides 100 watts of soldering power. The extremely fast heat up and temperature recovery along with the ability to integrate N2 gas make the TTM-3000N ideal for lead free soldering applications. The N2 gas can be pumped directly into the TTM-3000N via the ALN-005 N2 generator or factory supplied Nitrogen. The N2 gas is pre-heated as it passes directly over the iron tip heating element, the N2 is delivered directly to the solder joint via the patented N2 flow-through itron tip. Statistical temperature data can be downloaded to a PC using an optional USB cable. Two iron units with individual temperature control can be connected to the TTM-3002N model. This reduces overall "per station" costs.

TTM-1000H Manual Soldering Station
The tip is heated up by high frequency current and keeps the soldering temperature constant. It is ESD safe and has very low maintenance costs as the tip only needs to be replaced.
