4 axes Gantry system is easy to mount on dial table or conveyors. This 4 x L-CAT-EVO line used to solder automotive PCB's.

Special feature	CCD camera is attached for soldering process monitoring each station. AOI system is combined after the line system to check the soldering result.

Wire is automatically supplied and stripped by "Apo Shuttle". And Servo Soldering Robot picks up the wire and place it for soldering.

Function: Wire supply Cut & Strip Soldering	Reeled wire is pulled by "Apo Shuttle" and cut it in consistent amount. "Apo Shuttle" transfers the wire to the stripping device and it is stripped neatly. The servo robot picks up the wire and positions the wire end for soldering, the wire is soldered automatically to the substrate.

Small electronic components can be picked and placed from a bowl feeder or tape and reel for automatic robotic soldering.

Two station soldering using an index table. After soldering, CCD vision inspection and conductive testing function are carried out automatically. The soldering results are shown on the touch panel screen.
